May 28, 2014 - LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Nikou Mohajerani is on a mission to provide great jobs to people in her community, and she’s doing that through her innovative marketing company, The Vantage Co. Nikou talked about why creating jobs is important to her as a business owner. “So many people who are young and just out of college are ambitious, but cannot get jobs because they don’t have enough experience,” she explained.

Though she enjoys the excitement of many aspects of her work as CEO of The Vantage Co, Nikou finds it particularly rewarding to help individuals find their career niches. “Taking someone from square one to accelerate their career is something that makes me truly proud. Already, Nikou has grown her team to include a total of 42 individuals, and hopes to double that number in the next year to provide even more jobs to ambitious individuals.
